Junkanoo Beach, located near the city center and my personal favorite, is another magnificent spot where you can sunbathe, swim, or simply relax while indulging in the breathtaking oceanic views. Junkanoo Beach also has a tiki bar with activities for tourists such as beach volleyball. In addition, it is the closest to the cruise port being a short 15-18 minute walk.
2. Visit the Queen's Staircase
Immerse yourself in Nassau's rich history by visiting the iconic Queen's Staircase. Carved from limestone, this 65-step staircase was constructed in the late 18th century in honor of Queen Victoria.
